Avocado, Basil, Strawberry & Tomato Smoothie

The avocado in this smoothie is my favorite element because gives the smoothie creamy texture. You can use fresh basil or dried. I used basil that I dried from last year’s garden because I did not have any fresh basil on hand.


One ½ of an avocado

1 tablespoon dried basil or 2 tablespoons fresh basil

2 cups cherry tomatoes

2 cups fresh strawberries

1 cup coconut water


Add avocado, basil, cherry tomatoes, strawberries and coconut water to a blender and blend on high for 2 minutes.

Pour into glasses, serve and enjoy 🙂
